Foundever is seeking an Italian Quality Specialist to join our remote team in Portugal. You will monitor CSR performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to scripts and quality standards while working from home.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in Quality Assurance, fluent English, and Italian at native/C2 level. AI knowledge and strong organizational skills are a plus, with availability to work Monday to Friday 8h-17h.

Qualificações

• Italian must be native or C2 level and mandatory.
• English fluent; AI knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum 6 months' experience in Quality Assurance is required.
• Strong customer service skills and organizational ability are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor CSR performance daily via tape, listen, review and evaluate calls.
• Provide feedback to ensure adherence to procedures and scripts.
• Act as quality assurance reference and counsel the team.
• Attend meetings with supervisors, Project Leaders and client POC.
• Run monthly call monitoring plans and report on quality metrics.
• Evaluate AI-driven customer interactions (IVR and automation) for quality.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve AI and CX performance.
