Foundever is seeking a Spanish International Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Portugal and international roles. You will screen, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the selection process while communicating the company's value proposition.

The role requires native Spanish, advanced English, excellent communication, and the ability to work remotely with flexibility to collaborate across time zones. Hybrid options may be available.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from screening to selection.
• Communicate the company value proposition to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments and follow up with candidates.
• Utilize recruitment tools and ensure accurate data entry.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights and best practices.
• Achieve targets set by Coordinators and Recruitment Manager.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and policies.
• Represent the company professionally at external recruitment events.
