Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, seeks a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex telecom projects remotely across Europe. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage governance, risk, and change initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in technical project management, strong stakeholder management, Nokia processes knowledge is valued, and English B2 proficiency. This full-time remote role offers health insurance and vacation benefits.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, Network Deployment, or Telecommunications Operations.
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field is required.
English B2 proficiency is mandatory.
Experience leading complex telecom projects and end-to-end work package delivery.
Strong knowledge of project planning, delivery governance, risk, issue, and change management.
Experience with resource planning, capacity management, project estimation, and dependency tracking.
Strong customer and stakeholder management with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical escalations.
Nokia experience and knowledge of Nokia processes/tools are highly valued.
