Job summary

Naphora Games Group is hiring a Mid-Senior Playable Programmer / Creative Technical Artist to craft high-performing playable ads and interactive content for mobile games. You will work remotely with a Saudi-aligned schedule (Sun–Thu, 9:00–17:00 KSA time), collaborating with AI, Design, Marketing, UA, Product, Art, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Unity game development, technical art, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Unity and C# and/or JavaScript.
• Experience building gameplay systems, playable ads, or interactive experiences.
• Strong understanding of mobile optimization, performance, and constraints.
• Ability to combine technical implementation with creative prototyping.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain playable ads and gameplay prototypes using Unity, C#, Luna Playable, and related tech.
• Create responsive gameplay interactions, UI flows, animations, and visual feedback.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on gameplay and interactive concepts.
• Build reusable gameplay systems and scalable architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable code and optimize for performance across devices.
