• Own parts of the customer journey from provisioning to handoff to Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Support and Enablement to create scalable onboarding experiences.
• Develop automation and document best practices to improve workflows.
• Deliver a smooth, low-friction onboarding experience while improving customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
