Nebius Academy, staffed by TripleTen, seeks a senior architect to lead live sessions and review boards for a US-based cohort. You’ll guide engineers through system design decisions, critique architectures, and set the technical bar for instructors in a fully remote format.

Ideal candidates have deep experience shipping scalable systems, strong English, and the ability to articulate complex tradeoffs during live sessions and written reviews.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as a senior software/systems architect, platform engineer, or senior backend/infrastructure engineer.
• Designed and shipped systems at scale with strong architectural principles.
• Depth across system design, API/service architecture, cloud infra (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD).
• Excellent technical communication and ability to critique architectures in real-time.

Responsabilidades

• Host weekly live sessions focused on design and decision layers of services.
• Run group office hours and 1:1 sessions for student projects and capstone.
• Review student architectures against rubrics: backends, infra, performance, security.
• Provide architectural feedback and explain better paths, not just pass/fail.
• Lead mock architecture review boards and executive-style critiques.
• Set technical standards for a team of instructors and serve as escalation point.
