OpenTalent is seeking a senior engineering leader to build and scale production‑grade AI applications and agentic systems. You will shape architectural direction and engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and contribute across backend and frontend when needed.

You will bring 8+ years of backend experience, 4+ years of frontend, and 2+ years with LLMs and agentic systems, plus hands‑on tool experience (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).

Qualificações

• 8+ years of backend experience
• 4+ years of frontend experience
• 2+ years working with LLMs and agentic systems
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code
• Strong experience with distributed systems, automated testing, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud
• Experience with C#/.NET, React, TypeScript is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale production-grade AI applications and agentic systems.
• Design agentic workflows including orchestration, tool use, memory, RAG, evaluation, and observability.
• Write high-quality production code across backend and frontend when needed.
• Define technical direction, architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across the team.
