Pulumi is building Neo, an autonomous infrastructure engineering agent that operates across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes. We seek bold thinkers to reimagine cloud engineering and deliver tools from orchestration to web interfaces.

We're a remote-first company with roles located within the U.S. Pacific Time Zone preferred. Base compensation ranges from $185,000 to $215,000, with bonus and equity included for full-time roles.

Qualificações

• Strong Python and TypeScript skills; capable across backend, frontend and orchestration.
• Experience building production systems using LLMs, including tool use and multi-step orchestration.
• Comfortable with reliability and safety when AI systems take real actions.

Responsabilidades

• Build the planning and execution systems for multi-step infrastructure operations across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes and more.
• Design tool interfaces to give the agent semantic understanding of cloud resources and workflows.
• Develop context systems to understand customer infrastructure patterns and usage.
• Create feedback loops and self-correction mechanisms for autonomous operation.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance across migrations, compliance, cost optimization, diagnostics.
• Work on the web interface where Neo operates as a virtual teammate and integrate with the CLI, SDKs, and Pulumi Cloud.
