Linro, a Berlin-founded cloud security startup, is hiring its first backend engineer in a fully remote European team. You will design and build core Go services that evaluate a real-time policy engine against cloud changes, own end-to-end features, and help shape the product alongside the founding team.

You will work on an aggressive, high-ambition platform that enforces policies at scale, with AI-assisted tooling, Terraform/Pulumi, and Kubernetes experience valued.

Qualificações

• Experience building backend services in a compiled, statically typed language (Go, Rust, Java, C++, C#, or similar).
• Strong SQL skills and relational/columnar data modeling.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Experience shipping end-to-end features and owning them in production.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build core backend services in Go to evaluate policy against cloud infrastructure changes in real time.
• Own a core area of the platform end-to-end, from design through production.
• Build the simulation and enforcement path that blocks or auto-remediates non-compliant changes before production.
• Collaborate with customers and incorporate learnings back into the product.
