Bezos is hiring a senior software engineer to help build a global fulfilment platform. You will own core services end-to-end, mentor peers, and drive architectural decisions in a fast-growing AI-native environment.

You will design scalable, secure APIs in a serverless cloud using Go and React, with AWS stack including Lambda, S3 and PostgreSQL. Remote-first team with periodic in-person meetups, plus generous holidays and mental health support.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a senior software engineering role, ideally in a startup environment.
• Strong backend fundamentals and deep Go experience or a strong systems background with ability to master Go fast.
• Extensive experience with AWS, event-driven architecture and serverless infrastructure like AWS Lambda.
• Fluent designing and building RESTful APIs with microservice/serverless architectures.
• AI-native mindset and experience with AI-powered dev tools. Able to ship with AI daily.
• Pragmatic builder who simplifies complex systems and ships scalable solutions.
• Product-oriented mindset focused on solving real user problems, not just output.

Responsabilidades

• Own core services end-to-end, mentor engineers, and influence major technical decisions.
• Build scalable, secure services and APIs in a serverless cloud environment (Go/React).
• Ship with AI-enabled tooling to accelerate delivery and set engineering standards.
• Lead code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming to raise the team bar.
• Ensure observability, testing, deployment, and incident investigation practices.
