Job summary

SpeedlineHub is seeking a Middle-Senior Affiliate Manager to attract new affiliates, deepen partnerships, and drive performance across campaigns in the iGaming space. You will analyze campaigns, negotiate agreements, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize results.

This role requires 2+ years in Affiliate Management within iGaming, strong negotiation and communication skills, and an analytical, data-driven mindset. English level should be B2+.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience working with affiliates across different traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, ASO, In-app, Email, Push, Native, etc.).
• Strong understanding of affiliate business models, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, Flat Fee, and other commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Attracting new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Developing proposals for partners to improve the effectiveness of collaboration.
• Negotiating and concluding agreements with partners.
• Analyzing and optimizing current campaigns, improving KPIs.
• Daily traffic monitoring, reporting, and monitoring of target achievement.
• Coordinating with internal departments to support successful campaigns.
• Participating in industry events and conferences to develop the partner network.
