Job summary

Solvex Solutions is seeking experienced SAP Payroll Consultants to join a remote, client-facing project for 6–12 months. You will bring 7+ years of SAP HCM experience with Portuguese payroll focus, lead workshops with stakeholders, configure payroll schemas and support end-to-end implementations across international teams.

Ideal candidates will be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate fluently in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP HCM experience with focus on Portuguese payroll.
• Experience delivering multiple full lifecycle payroll implementations.
• Strong configuration skills across Payroll and PA modules.
• Excellent Portuguese and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll transformation projects and client workshops.
• Design, configure and optimize payroll solutions per requirements.
• Support data migration, testing and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams and project managers.
