Jobgether is seeking a Revenue & Billing Analyst based in Portugal for a fully remote, async-first role. You will own the billing lifecycle, AR, collections, and revenue reporting, driving automation and process improvements across the finance stack.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and advise on pricing changes while maintaining strong controls and accuracy in a global, remote setting.

Qualificações

• Experience owning customer billing and accounts receivable or collections end-to-end.
• Proven ability to resolve complex billing or payment issues directly with customers.
• Experience with subscription/SaaS billing environments and recurring revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end billing process, invoicing, payments, refunds, and billing corrections within approval limits.
• Manage AR, collections, and dunning, resolving failed payments and disputes with customers.
• Partner with Customer Success on complex billing cases and drive resolution.
• Investigate recurring issues and improve underlying processes to prevent recurrence.
• Perform reconciliations across billing, payments, and GL with clear explanations of variances.
• Produce and analyze MRR/ARR movement reporting for finance insights.
• Lead automation in billing, AR, collections, and reporting to increase efficiency.
• Support pricing/packaging changes from a Finance perspective with cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to an inclusive, high-performing remote team culture.
