Everboost | DTC Retention Marketing in Europe seeks a senior retention advisor to lead a small cross-functional pod and own retention strategy, LTV and repurchase initiatives across onboarding, discovery and campaigns.

You’ll manage 3+ brands, run client calls, design 90-180 day roadmaps across email, SMS, direct mail and subscriptions, and translate data into actionable recommendations. Strong Klaviyo and agency background required.
