LUZA Group is hiring a Functional Implementation Consultant (Business Analyst) for a full-time on-site role in Carnaxide. You will conduct client workshops, analyze requirements, and prepare designs to guide developers and ensure successful go-live.
The position emphasizes on-site collaboration with customers, training key users, and delivering comprehensive project documentation and configurations. Emphasis on English communication and process improvement.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate with clients.
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct workshops with clients to understand and discuss the solution.
- Analyze customer systems and service requirements.
- Prepare and lead the playbacks with the client.
- Support developers for the technical specification and initial tests of features.
- Lead the customer to acceptance tests and go-live readiness.
- Training key users and delivering documentation.
