Sysmatch is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to gather and validate requirements, produce functional documentation, support testing activities, and work closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This remote role in Portugal requires native-level Portuguese, strong communication, and a 4+ years' track record in functional analysis.

Bachelor's or Master's in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field; salary €25k–€35k gross

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Experience gathering and validating requirements.
• Experience producing and maintaining functional documentation.
• Experience preparing and supporting testing activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Native-level Portuguese.

• Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements;
