Claranet limited in Lisbon is seeking a Functional Analyst to join our internal team. You will gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives and regulatory needs.

You will act as the main liaison between business areas and technical teams, lead and support project teams, and participate in Agile/SCRUM projects throughout the full application lifecycle from conception to ongoing support.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and functional design of applications.
• Experience in the Banking sector (mandatory).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate activities.
• SCRUM Certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Perform functional analysis and design of applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Produce clear and detailed functional documentation.
• Act as the main liaison between business areas and technical teams.
• Lead and support project teams, promoting collaboration and best practices.
• Follow the full application lifecycle, from conception to implementation and ongoing support.
• Actively participate in Agile/SCRUM projects.
