Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is growing in Lisbon and beyond. We are seeking a Functional Analyst to gather and validate requirements, produce and maintain functional documentation, and support testing activities in a client-facing environment.

You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders, manage communications, and help ensure accurate implementation of business needs. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and native Portuguese are required, with opportunities for long-term growth

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and validation.
• Experience producing and maintaining functional documentation.
• Experience preparing and supporting testing activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Native-level Portuguese (mandatory).
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements;
• Produce, maintain, and update functional documentation;
• Prepare, execute, and support functional testing activities;
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of requirements;
• Support the identification and resolution of functional issues;
