Luza Group is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to lead client workshops, analyze requirements, and translate them into practical specifications. You’ll support developers, prepare high-level designs, and drive the solution through Go Live with thorough testing.

The role is predominantly on site in Portugal, with occasional remote work and a benefits package including equipment and plan. A degree in Engineering, CS, or related field and fluent English are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Experience in requirements gathering, including functional and non-functional needs and system integration.
• Design BPMN, use cases and scenarios and validate them with development teams.
• Produce Business Solution Architecture/High-Level Design identifying gaps for Amadeus products and bespoke solutions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct workshops with clients to understand requirements and discuss solutions.
• Prepare and lead client playbacks.
• Support developers with technical specifications and feature tests.
• Lead client acceptance tests, negative tests and go-live activities.
• Train key users and deliver project documentation.
• Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule.
• Provide early live support and handover to maintenance teams.
• Identify process improvements to generate efficiency and time reductions.
• Mostly on-site work.

What You’ll do:

• - Conduct workshops with clients to understand and discuss the solution. Analyze customer systems and service requirements;
• - Prepare and lead the playbacks with the client;
• - Support developers for the technical specification and initial tests of features;
• - Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information;
• - Lead the customer to have the key users accept the solution to Go Live by having the customer do acceptance tests, negative tests, stress tests, etc;
• - Training key users;
• - Deliver project documentation, including training manuals and configuration documentation;
• - Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule;
• - Early live support and handover to support and maintenance;
• - Identify possible process improvement alongside FICs activities to generate more efficiency and time reduction;
• - Mostly on site job;

Who You Are:

• - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
• - Requirements gathering, including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and system integration requirements;
• - Design BPMN, Use cases and Scenarios and validate them with development team;
• - Produce the Business Solution Architecture/High-Level Design, identifying the gap for Amadeus products and for a bespoke solution;
• - Configuration of software components: workflows and business rules and Configuration of monitor software applications (like Inspector app);
• - Fluent in English;
