pubGENIUS, a React.js and Next.js development company and AdTech startup, is seeking a Proposal/Business Development Specialist to join our sales team and bring a data-driven approach to acquiring new clients.

You will identify opportunities on Upwork and other lead sources, craft tailored proposals, manage outreach, and collaborate with developers to accurately represent capabilities. This part-time, remote role offers flexible hours and potential path to full-time as you drive growth.

Qualificações

• Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong English writing skills (minimum B2 to C1).
• Experience with client acquisition, outreach, and drafting leads.
• Analytical mindset with data collection, analysis, and strategy.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate relevant project opportunities on Upwork and lead sources.
• Review client requirements and craft tailored, high-quality proposals.
• Write, refine, and optimize proposal content to align with brand voice.
• Manage outreach and maintain professional communication with potential clients.
• Track proposal performance and daily output.
• Analyze data from proposals to identify patterns and improve conversion.
• Collaborate with developers to represent technical capabilities in proposals.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on pipeline activity.
