Kats Recruitment is seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team serving clients from the Lisbon region. This full-time role lets you work from home while staying connected to the local community and company events.

As the primary contact for Polish customers, you will handle inquiries by phone, email, and live chat, log interactions in the CRM, and ensure a friendly, professional experience.

Qualificações

• Polish-speaking with professional English (B2) for training modules and internal systems.
• Strong customer-service orientation with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
• Ability to log and track customer interactions in CRM accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve product, billing, and order inquiries with a friendly, professional tone.
• Document interactions and update customer files in the CRM system.
• Support on-site meetings and team touchpoints as needed.
