Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to own ideation, scripting, planning and management of the complete creative process for Meta VSLs, UGC ads and direct response campaigns. This fully remote role requires 3+ years in DTC performance creative and a current AI stack in production.

You will deliver 15 ad briefs per week, analyze performance data across platforms, and work with founders to scale the brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Response performance creative for DTC brands or at a creative agency.
• Experience briefing short and long form VSLs for DR campaigns.
• Deep DTC experience with brands and spend levels behind your work.
• Proven ability to run an AI stack in production for creative work.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret platform data and extract insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop VSL briefings end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video
• Partner with editors and performance marketers on testing
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data
