KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead the ideation, scripting, planning and management of the entire creative process with a heavy focus on Meta VSLs, UGC ads and high-converting direct response ads across paid channels. We spend $2M+ per month on Meta and seek rapid, high-volume output with quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in performance creative, deep DTC knowledge, and hands-on experience briefing short and long form VSLs.

KittySpout / DoggySpout is looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to join our team! As our creative strategist, you will be responsible for the ideation, scripting, planning, and managing of the entire creative process with a heavy focus on Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and high-converting direct response ads - short and long form - that scale across our paid channels. We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta. We are looking to hire someone with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate has deep DTC experience in performance creative, runs a current AI stack in production, has experience briefing short and long form VSLs and delivers volume and quality in the same week, without being chased.
