KittySpout / DoggySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to ideate, script, and manage the full creative process for Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and direct response campaigns. You will work with our lean, fast-moving team to push volume and quality across paid channels, with a heavy emphasis on performance and scale.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in direct response for DTC brands or agencies.
• Deep DTC experience with performance creative.
• Experience briefing short and long form VSLs for DR campaigns.
• Runs a current AI stack in production.

Responsabilidades

• Develop VSL briefs end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Script and manage the full creative process for high-converting ads.
• Dissect performance data and iterate creatives to improve results.
• Produce a minimum of 15 ad briefs per week, maintaining volume and quality.
