Job summary

Mira is seeking a Performance Copywriter to own top‑of‑funnel copy across paid ads and landing pages. You will craft hooky headlines and scannable, persuasive pages and run CRO tests with a data-driven mindset.

You’ll collaborate with a Lifecycle Copywriter and Copy Lead in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, focusing on women’s health products and compliant, high-converting messaging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years copywriting experience in e-commerce and paid ad copywriting.
• Portfolio showing measurable performance across landing pages, ads, or lead-gen content.
• Track record of testing and iterating against real conversion and performance data.
• Genuine copy craft: hooky, scroll-stopping lines that are clear, scannable and human.
• Product marketing fluency: understanding business goals and persona research.
• Fluent with AI-assisted writing tools and strong judgment on what to keep/rewrite.
• Native or native-level English.
• Nice-to-have: femtech or wellness products background.

Responsibilities

• Write paid ad copy - static copy or video scripts, with creative input.
• Own copy for product pages, landing pages, and CRO tests.
• Push past obvious angles with bold, non-standard ideas; study trends.
• Test and iterate on website and ad copy with e‑commerce and growth teams.
• Work with AI to speed up ideation and testing while avoiding generic reads.
• Understand compliance challenges around medical device products and balance boldness with clarity.
