Job summary

Darkroom and Shadow seek a partnerships, webinars and events manager to own end-to-end programs across two brands. You will manage webinars, events, sponsorships, partner programs and co-marketing, with guests and press outreach to convert registrations into leads.

Remote, with teams in EST and travel to NYC for events; candidates in Brazil, Portugal or Spain fluent in English. You will build sponsorship packages, run run-of-show production, and cultivate a network of partners and hosts while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running webinars, events, or marketing partnerships with accountability for leads.
• Raised money from sponsors and built sponsorship packages for events or webinars.
• Produced events end-to-end: run-of-show, venues, AV, vendors and on-site.
• Pitched press or booked speakers; knows what makes outlets say yes.
• Built networks of partners, sponsors, guests, and hosts with commercial sense.
• Clear writing, organized across dates, and comfortable working with AI; martech, SaaS, ecommerce or agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programs: webinars, events, sponsorships and partner programs.
• Coordinate co-marketing with martech, AI and commerce partners; track commitments to ship.
• Identify and prep guests for webinars, hosted series and podcasts.
• Handle press outreach: pitch journalists and arrange executive appearances.
• Ensure every registrant and attendee becomes a lead through follow-up.
