Job summary

bwise Media, a global media agency, is seeking a hands-on Paid Social Manager to own campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels. You will plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns, translate performance data into client results, and collaborate with international teams.

Remote role open to Europe-based candidates; you will manage client relationships, deliver insights in reports, use AI tools to improve efficiency, and stay ahead of platform changes and iGaming advertising

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on managing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns.
• Experience in iGaming is strongly preferred, with understanding of sports betting ads and platform restrictions.
• Programmatic and Popunder advertising experience, including setup, management and optimization.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads Paid Search/PPC, including setup and management.
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to manage relationships and present results.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other Paid Social platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Independent, proactive, solution-oriented, with strong teamwork and communication.
• Excellent written and spoken English; European-based availability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Manage and optimize Programmatic and Popunder campaigns as part of performance marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and implement optimization strategies to meet client goals.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, managing communication and ongoing relationships.
• Prepare and present performance reports, translating data into insights and recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, reporting, and daily workflows.
• Stay ahead of platform developments and advertising policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
