bwise Media AG is seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You will also handle Programmatic and Popunder campaigns, acting as the main client contact and delivering performance insights through clear reports.

The role emphasizes independence, data-driven optimization, and collaboration with an international team from a remote Europe-based setting. English proficiency required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns.
• Experience in iGaming is strongly preferred and familiarity with platform restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Manage Programmatic and Popunder campaigns as part of performance marketing.
• Monitor performance, analyze data and present actionable recommendations to clients.
• Communicate with clients, lead meetings and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
