Ukio is seeking a Product Manager to drive our product vision, strategy and goals during a pivotal growth phase. Working with a skilled engineering team, you will shape customer experiences and build a unique product in a fast-moving proptech startup.

You will collaborate with design and analytics, use data to guide decisions, and explore AI-enabled improvements while aligning with internal teams in a remote-first, international environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in product management roles.
• Experience with internal-facing products to boost internal efficiency.
• Understanding how internal products improve end-user experience.
• Comfort with complex business logic and multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools or automations to enhance product capabilities.
• Proven experience defining and delivering complex projects.
• Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, confident English communication with engineers and designers.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product line life cycle.
• Create a strategic roadmap aligned with platform goals and opportunities.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders about roadmap changes and new ideas.
• Drive innovation by measuring impact and staying updated on real estate and tech trends.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to maintain a healthy backlog and a steady delivery flow.
