Sword Health is building AI Care to transform healthcare delivery in Portugal and beyond. The role focuses on leading the Applied AI platform roadmap, working closely with Engineering, AI, and Clinical teams to ship safe, scalable AI-powered care products that improve member experiences at scale.

The candidate will own trade‑offs around cost, latency, and reliability, and will guide decisions on in-house vs. open‑source solutions while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management, including recent hands-on ownership of an AI-powered product.
• Significant technical depth in AI, especially generative AI and model behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Own Sword’s Applied AI platform roadmap from strategy to upkeep.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI, and Product to ensure member‑facing experiences are high‑value.
• Balance cost, latency, quality, and when to move to open source or in-house solutions.
• Scope initiatives with cross‑functional teams to maximize reusability and differentiation.
• Maintain safety standards with the Clinical team and monitor production models.
