Tether Ltd. is hiring a Product Engineering Lead to unite software engineering and product vision for a consumer-focused AI platform. You will lead cross-functional teams to ship features on-device, with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalable APIs.

Reporting to the CTO, you’ll shape the roadmap with PMs, balance technical debt and innovation, and mentor engineers to raise the bar. This remote, international role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI in fintech.

Formación

• Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer products.
• Strong product sense to distinguish valuable features.
• Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints.
• Uses AI tools heavily in own work and experiments with models.
• Proficient JavaScript and React.
• Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and openness to direct critique.

Responsabilidades

• Run engineering and product teams, unblock work and ensure shipping.
• Set high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and APIs.
• Own technical design of features and API surface between AI core and app.
• Collaborate with AI research and deep tech teams on reviews and integration.
• Lead by example and mentor team leads to grow as leaders.
