Creatio is seeking an innovative Business Analyst to join our No-Code Development Team from Portugal, with the role being remote. The analyst will leverage the Creatio platform to cover CRM functionalities through no-code development, create applications, and research to identify real-world needs.

Responsibilities include UI creation with no-code tools, server logic automation, web services integration, webhook configuration, database design, and market research to improve products.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in business analysis and research tasks including market research and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of database principles, data modeling, and basic SQL concepts is a plus.
• Understanding BPMN notation to model business processes effectively.
• Experience in software development teams and IT projects with collaboration skills.
• Experience configuring information systems via UI-based tools.
• Strong English for interviews and international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• UI Creation with No-Code Tools: design UIs using no-code designer tools with drag-and-drop interfaces.
• Server Logic Automation: implement business logic with no-code tools for BPMN-like processes.
• Web Services Integration: design RESTful/SOAP interfaces for data exchange and security.
• Webhook Services Configuration: set up webhooks with authentication, logging and data handling.
• Database Design: create Creatio Objects structures, tables and relationships for scale.
• User Story Decomposition: break down stories into executable no-code tasks.
• Market Research: analyze competitors and trends to identify product opportunities.
• Customer Feedback Gathering: interview end users and consultants for needs.
• Collaboration with QA: work with QA for manual and automated testing.
• Version Control: use Git/SVN for source control and collaboration.
