Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our Lisbon-based team for a banking client. You will bridge clients and developers, collect and analyze functional requirements, and document them clearly for delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in functional analysis, strong API and integration experience, data mapping and dictionary management, and excellent English communication. This role offers remote work flexibility.

Competenze

Academic training in Computer Engineering or similar;
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Functional Analysis of processes and gathering requirements;
Experience in designing services and processes and supporting project documentation;
Experience and understanding of APIs and integration patterns;
Data mapping and transformation;
Management of Data Dictionary;
Strong organizational and planning skills;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

You will be responsible for the collection and analysis of functional requirements, preparation of functional documentation and the bridge between the client and development teams.
