Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to operate remotely in Portugal. Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse clients, write compelling job ads, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

You will work as your own boss, access an established client base, and benefit from high commissions on successful placements while maintaining GDPR compliance and professional networking. Portuguese flexibility and independence are valued.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent English (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Ability to follow a 1-day training in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen, and engage high-calibre candidates.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer.
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers for a great candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Mercier Consultancy Group to meet client requirements.
• Write SEO-optimised job ads and publish on relevant platforms.
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments.
• Maintain records in ATS with GDPR compliance.
• Develop talent pipelines and contribute to business development.
