Otonomee is seeking an Operations Lead for Social Media & Marketing, a remote role based in Portugal. You will lead social media operations, drive performance, and align strategies with broader marketing goals.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership, experience with social media tools, and strong analytics to improve engagement and client outcomes. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver premium customer experiences.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in operations or social media leadership roles.
• Experience managing teams in BPO or social media environments.
• Familiar with social media tools and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of social media KPIs; track metrics to enhance engagement.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised with strong planning.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of Social Media operations and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day operations, resources, and workload planning.
• Oversee escalation management and resolution.
• Identify and manage risk, including brand risk.
