Job summary

GTO Wizard is seeking a Lead Product Designer for PokerArena, a mobile poker game. You will own the design direction, lead the two-person game UX team, and stay hands-on while reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

You will design navigation, home screens, engagement and progression systems, and ship features rapidly. Expect to shape player experiences for hundreds of thousands of users and work fully remotely with a yearly bootcamp.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design in games, including mobile
• Expert knowledge of mobile game design patterns
• Understanding poker for casual players
• Clear, professional English communication
• Experience delivering at pace
• Experience designing products with AI assistance

Responsibilities

• Define and own PokerArena's design direction
• Lead navigation, home screen, engagement, and progression systems
• Mentor and develop the other game UX designer
• Hands-on problem solving for core experiences
• Engage with players weekly to gather needs
• Promote rapid iteration and learning over analysis
