UserWise, LLC seeks an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to own the UI/UX discipline for a mobile Free-to-Play game based on a globally recognized IP. You’ll translate concepts into flows, wireframes, and prototypes, mentor a fellow designer, and ensure UX quality survives into final builds.

You’ll collaborate with Game Design, Art, Product, Engineering, and Production to optimize gameplay experiences, keep interfaces intuitive, and reduce late-stage revisions.

Qualificações

• Senior or Lead UI/UX Designer with shipped games experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the overall UX quality and UI/UX discipline across the game.
• Translate game and product concepts into user journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Proactively identify UX problems through reviews, prototypes and playable builds.
• Mentor and work with another UI/UX Designer while remaining hands-on.
• Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, Engineers, Product Managers, and Producers throughout feature development.
• Define and evolve the visual language of the UI with the Art Director.
