GTO Wizard is seeking a Lead Product Designer for PokerArena, our mobile poker game. You will own the design direction and be hands-on while guiding the two-person game UX team.

You’ll design navigation, home screen, engagement and progression, and you will speak with players weekly to stay in touch with user needs. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and is fully remote.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of product design for games, including mobile, shipping new features.
• Expert in mobile game design patterns, including engagement and progression systems.
• Clear, professional English language communication (written and spoken).
• Experience designing products with AI assistance.

About the Role

• The Lead Product Designer is the design owner for PokerArena, our mobile poker game.
• This role covers everything the player touches - navigation, home screen, engagement and progression systems, and beyond.
• They will be the lead of our two-designer game UX team, setting design direction while staying hands-on.
• This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.
• It is an individual contributor role without direct reports.

What You'll Be Doing

• Experience designing products with AI assistance.
