Qualificações

• Fluent Italian and English (minimum C2 level).
• Experience in customer support or contact centres is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with account management, billing and service enquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Provide guidance on products, services and platform features.
