Rec Mrc is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Experience professionals to support customers remotely from Continental Portugal. The role involves helping customers in Italian with strong English communication, delivering high-quality service across phone, email and chat channels, and documenting interactions in internal systems.

Qualificações

• Native (or near-native) Italian language skills (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a professional attitude.

• Customer-centric mindset and passion for service.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and document interactions accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly Italian support via phone, email, and chat.
• Document every customer interaction accurately in internal systems.
• Identify customer needs and guide towards relevant products or services.
• Support inbound sales activities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Process orders and maintain customer records with confidentiality and accuracy.
