saas.group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our centralized Platform team. You will own the IT support queue for ~400 people across 25+ brands, handling Google Workspace, Mac, VPN, and remote desktop issues, and you will automate where possible.

You will assist with provisioning for new hires and contribute to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 evidence gathering. This is a fully remote, Europe-based role with autonomy and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in an IT support or service desk role.
• Based in Europe or able to work with European team in real time.

Aufgaben

• Own and triage the IT support queue, resolving tickets spanning Google Workspace, Mac, Chrome, VPN and remote desktop issues.
• Run automations and know when a ticket needs manual intervention.
• Carry out access control and security checks and configure domains for brands.
• Coordinate with laptop vendors to equip new hires across regions.
• Help gather and maintain evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Support onboarding of newly acquired brands and ensure smooth access setup.
