Job summary

Whizz is seeking a Head of Inventory Management to own and scale our global spare parts flow for e-bike repairs. This fully remote role collaborates with the CEO, operations director, and developers to align stock across Jersey warehouse and city shops.

You will set min/max levels, standardize processes, script counts, and launch the used-parts program, building a robust ERP-driven warehouse function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory or warehouse management
• ERP or WMS experience; ability to critique systems
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency; data-driven
• Experience writing processes and getting teams to use them
• Use AI tools in daily work
• English and Russian language proficiency
• 4+ hours overlap with New York time

Responsibilities

• Align stock records with reality across Jersey warehouse and city shops
• Set min and max levels for parts and plan purchasing
• Document warehouse processes and ensure team adherence
• Launch used parts program and manage rebuilds in Jersey
• Manage the inventory team
• Collaborate with developers on ERP warehouse module
