Keenfinity Group is seeking a hands-on Technical Advisor for Ovar Operations & WW stocks improvement to drive operational excellence and inventory optimization on site. You will split time across plant performance, cross-functional operations, and global DIO improvement, delivering data-driven actions and KPIs.

The role requires strong Lean, analytics, and change-management skills, with experience in EMS/electronics manufacturing.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Consulting.
• Strong experience in inventory management and DIO reduction.
• Experience in EMS / electronics / high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Strong analytical capabilities with large datasets.
• Excellent understanding of MRP, planning parameters, safety stock, lead times, lot sizes, WIP and inventory segmentation.
• Lean / Operational Excellence background.
• Strong communication with Plant Managers and Supply Chain teams.
• Advanced Excel and preferably Power BI / data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Ovar Plant – Operational Excellence: assess factory operating model, material flow, planning, logistics and inventory.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, waste and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze shopfloor and supply-chain data to identify root causes.
• Support Lean initiatives including flow, WIP, lead time and layout.
• Translate findings into concrete actions, owners, timing and expected benefits.
• Coach the local team in practical problem solving and sustainable improvement methods.
• Support the Plant Manager in establishing and tracking operational KPIs.
• Operations General Management Support: provide independent technical analysis on operational topics.
• Define and deploy common manufacturing standards and processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities across Operations and challenge existing ways of working.
• Prepare management-level analysis, business cases and roadmaps.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics and IE.
• WW Supply Chain / Stocks Improvement Program: act as technical/analytical support for global DIO program.
• Analyze inventory data by plant, customer, material, SKU, supplier and category.
• Identify drivers of excess, obsolete and slow-moving inventory.
• Break down DIO into actionable drivers across Demand, Supply, Planning, Purchasing, Production and Logistics.
• Quantify improvement potential and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, analytics and reporting to monitor progress.
• Benchmark performance between plants and share best practices.
• Define global DIO reduction standards, KPIs and governance.
• Follow up actions with plants and ensure targets are met.
• Ensure improvements translate into cash and working-capital impact.
