RemotePass is seeking a highly creative Social Media Content Creator to run Instagram and TikTok from concept to camera-ready content. You’ll own the end-to-end process, from brainstorming and filming to editing coordination, in a fully remote setup.

You’ll report to the Social & Content lead and play a central role in building a recognizable voice across platforms. You’ll need 2-5 years of on-camera content experience, a strong portfolio, and a keen eye for current trends.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years creating content for Instagram and/or TikTok, in-house, agency, freelance, or as a creator
• Strong portfolio showing on-camera presence and short-form success
• Deep familiarity with Instagram/TikTok trends and culture
• Comfortable directing others and giving clear creative directions
• Self-starter with ability to push ideas forward and follow through on details
• Ability to work remotely in a distributed team and coordinate with cross-functional partners
• Experience creating for international or multi-market audiences

Responsabilidades

• Launch and grow Instagram and TikTok from scratch, shaping strategy with the Social & Content lead and owning execution day-to-day
• Film native short-form content and appear on camera yourself
• Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats and translate them into brand-appropriate ideas
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to source footage in a remote-first environment
• Develop static post ideas and brief the design team clearly
• Contribute to quick LinkedIn posts alongside Instagram/TikTok work
• Track performance and iterate content based on data
• Be a visible ambassador of RemotePass as the brand expands to new markets
