Job summary

iTRTech Group is seeking a Healthcare Integration Specialist to join our remote team in Portugal. You will design, implement, and maintain healthcare integration solutions, collaborating with clinical and IT stakeholders to optimize workflows and data exchange.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience in healthcare integration, strong SQL/PL/DB design, and hands-on experience with Mirth Connect, DICOM, and IHE standards. Remote work in Portugal with excellent English required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's in IT/CS/Healthcare informatics or related field.
4–5 years of experience in healthcare integration or related technical role.
Experience delivering healthcare integration projects end-to-end.
Experience with Radiology workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain healthcare integration solutions.
Participate in end-to-end healthcare integration projects from requirements gathering to live support.
Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure successful integrations.
Design and optimize database structures and interfaces between healthcare applications and clinical systems.
Execute functional, integration, performance, and post-upgrade validation testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues and provide advanced technical support.
