Jobgether is listing a remote GCP FHIR Architect role based in Portugal. You’ll design cloud architectures for secure healthcare data exchange, spanning HL7 FHIR, IAM, HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2, with hands-on work on Cloud Healthcare API, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub and related services.

You’ll lead end-to-end data modeling, transformations, and integration patterns across clinical systems, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate interoperability needs into scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in cloud architecture with 3+ years in GCP healthcare solutions.
• Deep knowledge of HL7 FHIR (STU3, R4) and FHIR profiling.
• Strong expertise with GCP services: Cloud Healthcare API, BigQuery, Dataflow/Beam, Pub/Sub, IAM.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end Google Cloud reference architectures for ingesting, processing, storing, and serving clinical data using HL7 FHIR standards.
• Architect and implement healthcare data solutions using GCP services such as Healthcare Data Engine, BigQuery, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Dataflow.
• Develop scalable, high-throughput workflows for healthcare data processing and interoperability.
• Build integration pipelines transforming HL7 v2, C-CDA, DICOM, X12 EDI into FHIR resources and JSON.
• Design data mappings and integration patterns across clinical systems.
• Apply cloud security, IAM, KMS, and DLP controls for compliance.
• Align cloud solutions with HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, SOC 2 requirements.
• Model data across relational and NoSQL environments for analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate interoperability requirements into architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, integration, data engineering, security, and cloud implementation.
