Job summary

This role emphasizes organization, communication, and attention to detail while working entirely remotely. You will maintain project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery, with a starting salary of 22,000 euros gross per year and a teleworking allowance plus private health insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Smartsheet, HubSpot, MS Office, and AI-based programs.
• Pharma/Life Sciences experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic familiarity with project management concepts: scope, risk, timelines, budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables with the Project Manager.
• Serve as backup for compliance processes (Vetting & Debarment/TOV).
• Maintain recruitment, travel, fees, and payment reporting spreadsheets.
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Use project management tools to monitor progress.
• Identify risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Support quarterly and annual closeout processes.
