Sweat Pants Agency is seeking an experienced digital marketing leader to own end-to-end Google Ads campaigns for DTC and eCommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, responsible for strategy, execution, and results, with a strong focus on attribution and optimization.

You can live anywhere, manage multiple brands, and drive growth with hands-on testing of campaigns, feeds, landing pages, and tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify ecosystems.

Qualificações

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend across DTC/eCommerce.
• Proven ability to drive CPA, ROAS, revenue with transparent changes.
• Fluent in English; able to present to clients without intermediary.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and attribution modeling.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and search campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts from strategizing to client contact.
• Present results, plan, and reasoning directly to clients.
• Audit accounts before activation: structure, terms, bidding, and tracking.
• Manage brand vs. non-brand campaigns with clear reporting.
• Monitor PMax performance and attribution, adjust targets.
• Build landing pages and basic scripts to improve performance.
