TripleTen is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to drive growth and product excellence across discovery, onboarding, retention, subscriptions, and monetization. You will own end‑to‑end initiatives and align cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management, a data‑driven mindset, strong English, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to optimize the product and user

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with ownership of both product discovery and growth initiatives.
• Experience launching new products or business directions, including market research, customer discovery, PMF validation, positioning, pricing, and commercialization.
• Strong experience managing onboarding, retention, subscriptions, billing, and monetization.
• Deep understanding of product analytics and data-driven decision making, with experience defining metrics and measuring impact.
• Experience conducting user research, JTBD interviews, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to design and optimize cross-functional processes.
• Proven ability to work effectively across Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with high ambiguity and ownership.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer interviews, and JTBD analysis.
• Validate product ideas, drive product-market fit, and develop positioning, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market recommendations.
• Own key product initiatives across onboarding, activation, retention, subscriptions, billing, and monetization.
• Conduct user research, define hypotheses, run experiments, and use insights to improve product performance.
• Analyze product metrics, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Design and improve processes at the intersection of product and business operations, ensuring scalable execution.
• Distinguish whether problems should be solved through product improvements, operational changes, or both, and drive the appropriate solution.
