Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for Online Donations. You will own the long-term roadmap for Checkout Modal, Campaign Pages, and Gift Cart, while coaching 2–4 PMs and ensuring alignment with GTM teams.

Expect hands-on product work about 70% of the time and team leadership the remaining 30%. You will collaborate with the Director of Core Products & Platform to ship predictably and influence cross-team delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
• 2+ years leading Product Managers, ideally including running performance reviews.
• Strong track record: products owned end-to-end with measurable results.
• Excellent spec writing for complex multi-team specs.
• Hands-on continuous discovery: customer interviews, market/competitor analysis.

Responsabilités

• Build product hands-on by owning a product area, running discovery, writing specs, setting metrics.
• Write cross-team specifications that no single PM can own.
• Develop long-term strategic roadmap for Online Donations with team alignment.
• Coach 2–4 PMs, manage performance reviews and rituals.
• Ensure cross-team collaboration with GTM (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success).
